Painted in 2016 ‘Timewalk – from Blombos to Melkhoutfontein’ tells the story of the development of Melkhoutfontein. The mural proudly adorned the home of Frank, Lucky and family at the entrance of Melkhoutfontein. Frank and Lucky retired their Dreamcatcher homestay during the Covid pandemic and sadly Frank passed away at the end of 2022. Due to maintenance the mural was painted over in 2022 – however we are looking to replicate and update the design elsewhere in the community.
